Park Lane Jomtien Resort is a condo project in Jomtien, Pattaya, with 608 units ranging from one to two bedrooms. Its facilities include a fitness area, garden, parking, security, and a swimming pool. Standard apartments measure 36 m². Condos are listed for sale from ฿999,000 to ฿3,900,000, and rentals on a one-year term range from ฿5,000 per month for a one-bedroom to ฿20,000 for a two-bedroom.
The condo is dirty, and the pools are dirty too. They pour in 20 kg of chlorine each. The service company is awful, especially the main person, and they don't like children. There are cameras around the condo, but only one guard for the whole area, sitting in a booth at the barrier. There are two cleaners and two other employees whose jobs aren't clear, maybe an electrician or a plumber. How can apartment owners be expected to pay annual maintenance when the company doesn't take care of the grounds at all?
My room was old, the bed was very hard, and neither the hob nor the TV worked. I can't recommend this place.
My son bought a condo in Park Lane expecting it to be a nice place to live, but the maintenance has been terrible. The toilets smell awful, and I've been bitten by mosquitoes. The pool isn't accommodating for larger people. At the annual meeting I asked for safety bars along the entrance and even offered to pay the full cost. They made me feel foolish and unimportant for asking. I hope they take more responsibility in future. I feel unheard.
Visitor parking at Park Lane Condo. Especially nice after a little rain... Congrats.
