The views from the top of the building were incredible, especially at sunset. We rented an apartment here for a few days because our condo had no water, and the view alone really impressed us. The pool is nice and fairly deep. The gym has the equipment needed to stay in shape, though it doesn't have barbells or dumbbells. Given everything else, that already feels like plenty. Security seemed solid. You need a card for the elevator, even to go down from an upper floor, and there are two barriers with a guard at the building entrance. The condo sits on a busy street, the same one as Terminal 21, and close to Sukhumvitt highway. Bangkok Pattaya Hospital is about a 15-minute walk away, and Macro Hypermarket is just across the street, about a minute on foot. Tesco Lotus is around 10 minutes away, with Terminal 21 a couple of minutes beyond that. There’s a gas station nearby, and the surrounding amenities are within walking distance. The closest beach takes about 20 minutes to walk to, or just a few minutes by transport, though traffic can be jammed. I also looked into long-term rentals in this building. You can find apartments for 8000 baht, 10000 baht, or more through Facebook Marketplace or Thai housing search sites. At Sales Office, they quote long-term rents starting at 18000 per month. I’m including videos of apartments offered for 8000 and 11000 per month on a one-year rental.
