Prima House Pattaya

The price is reasonable, the reception staff are friendly, and there's a nice temple view. Staff moved me to another room the next day after construction noise and almost no window made the first one uncomfortable. The rooms are small and dark, with poor soundproofing, and there's no elevator in the four-floor building. The shower temperature kept changing, and some facilities didn't work.

It looks much better in the photos. Our room hadn't been cleaned when we checked in, and the quality overall was pretty low, though it was decent enough for one night. The staff seemed unprofessional. They advertise a 24-hour front desk, but we left very early and had to wait a few minutes for the woman to come and handle checkout. When she did, she looked very resentful.

I've been here for more than 15 days, and it's been a great stay. The hotel is quiet, clean, and peaceful, with everything I needed to be comfortable. It's good value, and the beach is just a short walk away, which worked perfectly for my morning workouts. The staff always greeted me warmly with a smile, and when a small issue came up, they sorted it out quickly and professionally. I'd definitely come back.

The rooms are just okay for a short visit, though not great for the price, and the location is a bit far. They also charged me an extra laundry fee because there were stains on the bed.
