Pullman Pattaya Hotel G

The Executive Lounge was a bright spot. Breakfast with smoked salmon and the evening appetizers were great, and the lounge itself was pleasant. The staff couldn’t make traditional Thai Iced Tea, which was a small disappointment. There’s a small fitness center, enough for a basic workout. My check-in at Pullman Pattaya Hotel G was rough. The hotel feels dated, and there was no welcome drink or refreshing towel. The receptionist didn’t know the ALL Accor Plus Explorer benefits, and my welcome letter listed a 15% dining discount instead of the promised 30%. The room wasn’t ready properly either: bad odor, dirty floors, dusty ventilation, and bathroom amenity problems. I sent a formal complaint and got no written reply, but management acted the next morning. They deep cleaned, replaced all the linen, pillows, blankets, towels, and bathrobes, deodorized the ventilation, and sent a complimentary fruit platter. They resolved all my cleaning and technical complaints, which I really appreciated. I’m giving it five stars because they fixed things quickly and responsibly. Thanks for saving my vacation!

We spent a lovely day with the family on a poolside day bed, shaded by a big umbrella. The resort is beautifully laid out, and our modern bedroom was clean and pleasant, with a balcony opening onto an unobstructed view of blue sky. Breakfast was extensive, too. The stretch of white sand was wide and inviting, and swimming out to the platform in the sea was a definite plus.

The rooms were fantastic after the renovation, clean and spacious, with a beautiful view. The hotel’s relaxing atmosphere made it easy to enjoy time together, and we barely left during our family stay. The food was good, and we especially liked afternoon tea and the Club Lounge. We brought my grandparents, and my grandmother uses a wheelchair because walking is difficult for her. The staff were kind and attentive throughout. Khun Piera at the front desk greeted us warmly and made check-in easy. Khun Non, Khun Tae, and Khun Aod, the bellboys, were thoughtful and always ready to help. It felt like a great place for families traveling with older relatives. Thank you to the whole team for looking after us so well. We’ll definitely return.

The manager apologized and was kind, and I appreciated the staff’s warmth and the thoughtful touch in the room at check-in. The breakfast buffet had plenty of good options, and the beach views were incredible. Still, the hotel should clearly mark where its beach ends and other businesses begin, and I wish the beach itself were much cleaner. The property is in very poor shape. I found broken glass in corners, a dirty shower, plumbing that didn’t work properly, and badly worn furniture. I asked for the plumbing to be checked, but nothing changed, and the shower water flow was very uneven. I was also shocked to be told that ice delivery to the room cost 50 baht. I’ve never heard of a hotel charging for that anywhere, especially a five-star one. A self-serve ice machine might help. As an LGBTQ+ traveler, I felt the atmosphere was borderline unsafe. There were mostly Russian tourists with children, and the hotel made ZERO effort to welcome other travelers. During pride month there wasn’t one pride flag or sign of support, while signs were posted specifically for Russian tourists. I trusted ACCOR’s stated inclusivity policy and had no idea what the environment would be like. I hope management makes it possible for every guest to feel safe. I feel apologetic writing this, but I was shocked by the property and would warn anyone except Russian guests away until major improvements are made.
