Customer service was exceptional, and the room felt much cozier to us than the one I stayed in in Bangkok. The hotel was really worth staying at! The area is good for anyone who doesn’t like Pattaya’s soundtrack. There was a 7eleven nearby along with some street venders. Grab or a Songthaew could work well if you want to go into the center.

My child didn’t mean to draw on the bedsheet. She thought it was paper. We apologized and asked the receptionists to help clean it, but they didn’t help and charged us 1000 baht, about 31 USD, for a very thin sheet. That didn’t feel fair. Laugh out loud :))))

The staff were very courteous, and the hotel is conveniently located with good connectivity. Rooms are very spacious too. Really, really good value for money.

Staff were nice and the rooms okay. There’s a 7/11 right by the hotel, plus a market, so food is easy to sort out nearby. Pattaya beach is roughly a 30 minute walk away. The pool sits between the buildings and gets hardly any sun. I’m giving it 4/5 because there’s no laundry service at the hotel, and none nearby either.

We can’t recommend the hotel because the price doesn’t feel justified. Breakfast was poor, with very little choice, and although the rooms were fine, we could hear the neighbors talking, which made it harder to relax. The air conditioning was loud enough to disturb our sleep. At breakfast, a cup broke by accident because we had children with us, and we were immediately charged 150 THB. We found that response unprofessional and over the top.
