I picked this hotel for a medical appointment, and the location worked well. It’s near both the bus station and Bangkok Hospital. The room was nice and clean, but the air-conditioning unit didn’t work very well, making it hard to sleep during the night we stayed.

The room was large, and the hotel is cheap and about a 5 minute walk from Pattaya North Station. The small gym is a plus. Cleanliness was okay, though the toilet sink smelled funky. Beds were okay but could feel hard to a European. Check-in was quick and the staff courteous, but they ask for a 200 baht deposit for the room key. Air conditioning and lights don’t need an extra key.

We had a cozy stay at pocket-friendly prices, about a 5 minute walk from the bus station. The rooms were clean, the water was nice, and the big balcony had an ash tray. There’s plenty of parking, and the receptionist was a warm lady. The swimming pool stays open until 8 in the evening. We only had to leave a 200 bhats deposit for the key-card.

We checked in yesterday and the room looked neat and tidy, but there were tiny insects or ants in the bed and sheets. There was no hot water. We complained and they came to check, but said only warm water was available.

Quiet at night and in a good location, this is a fair hotel for the price. The bed was quite hard and the room smelled a bit, but if you only need somewhere to sleep for the night, it does the job.
