Tsix5 Phenomenal Hotel

We enjoyed the beautiful view from our room, and the bathroom was very clean and well maintained. The room felt spacious, but the bedding wasn't very comfortable. Some hotel services could be better, and I wasn't impressed by the front desk. Their hospitality toward guests felt lacking.

The breakfast was a letdown over my two-night stay. The menu barely changed, and at busy times the buffet counters and serving utensils were left dirty. I saw serving spoon handles that were sticky or visibly grimy. It seemed that some guests who ate with their hands touched the shared utensils without washing, leaving things unsanitary. For a hotel of this standard, that's unacceptable for hygiene, food safety and guest comfort. The hotel should improve cleaning and monitoring, especially during rush periods, so future guests can have a more pleasant, hygienic meal. There were some good points in the room: it was very spacious, with a large bathtub and excellent shower pressure, and the shampoo lathered well and was pleasant to use. But the hot water was slightly yellow and smelled unpleasant, which was concerning. On arrival, the room wasn't ready, so I waited in the lobby for about 30 minutes without an update. When I asked the front desk, they told me it was ready. Better communication and hospitality would have made check-in smoother. I hadn't tried breakfast yet when I first wrote about the two-night vacation, and planned to update the review the next morning. The hotel has positives, but service and maintenance need improvement.

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean, but the location felt a bit remote. Breakfast at 500 baht was seriously overpriced. Two people can eat at nearby breakfast places for 350 baht.

Good price for a lovely room. It's clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a really nice, roomy bathroom. Breakfast and a fitness center are included.
