Wongamat Tower Condominium

There’s constant construction in the condo, and it’s very loud and unsafe. The private elevator works terribly. The neighborhood has poor infrastructure and no good cafes, and the place feels extremely overvalued. It seems they treat foreigners like money bags. Think twice before spending your time and money here. Also beware of the landlord and realtor for the 3307 apartments. They haven’t returned the deposit and are inventing bills that don’t exist. They suddenly doubled the electricity price and demanded six months’ rent upfront. This is typical scammer behavior. Avoid them like the plague.

Living here is fancy, fancy, but terribly expensive. The unit has its own lift. Buying a property costs 12 million, which you’d need El chappo to afford. They offer rentals too, but the prices are so high only a diplomat could manage them, and that’s before water and electricity. Still, it’s paradise for everyone!!

The apartment block turned out to be great, despite my initial shock at the extra charges: 1,000 B for cleaning and 340 B for power and water. Those fees took the advertised 2,610 THB up to 4,000 THB for three nights, which I wasn’t happy about, though it was still good value. There are good sea views, and the pool, sauna, and gym are very good. WiFi is free. There are great restaurants nearby and three Family marts within 200 metres! W Tower by MyPattayaStay and Wong Amat Tower Condominium are the same place, which seems to confuse taxi drivers.

Very nice condos, with friendly security and a clean, safe setting. There are two great pools, one on the ground floor and another on the roof, and the beach is only a few metres away.
