Booking both tours through the resort made things easy. Breakfast came from a menu with lots of choices, and for dinner we went to a couple of nearby places since Palm Garden doesn’t serve it. Rasta Restaurant was especially good, with tasty food, games, and a pool table. We spent two nights in a clean, comfortable bungalow in a spacious, peaceful, well-kept garden. The fridge worked and the A/C was efficient. The bathroom was roomy, though the shower head sat too high and couldn’t be angled, so water went everywhere. I ended up taking it off the holder and using it by hand.

You can walk to restaurants in town, and Khao Sok National Park is only about five minutes away, so it’s a handy spot for tours and activities. The bungalows are spacious and clean, and the resort grounds are attractive and well cared for. Staff were friendly and easygoing. Breakfast was decent and filling, though there’s some room to improve it. A great place to stay in Khao Sok.

The bungalow’s little porch looked out onto the greenery, and the room itself was spotless and comfortable. We found the staff warm and helpful, whether we needed tour arrangements or just advice. It felt like good value, too. Khao Sok Palm Garden Resort is tucked into a peaceful garden but only a short stroll from the National Park entrance and the main street’s shops and restaurants. We had a fantastic stay, and I’d happily recommend it to anyone after a clean, relaxing, welcoming place in Khao Sok.

The room was clean and the AC worked well, and we liked that the hotel was a little way off the main road. We stayed one night before the lake tour. One problem: after leaving our backpacks there overnight, we returned to find them covered in tiny ants. The rest of the stay was great and the rooms had been cleaned, but I wouldn’t leave belongings with them.

For one night, our Bungalow with Patio cost 80 USD. It had a large shower, a comfortable bed, air conditioning, and breakfast was included. I’d recommend staying here when visiting Khao Sok National Park.
