The owner and his family are very friendly, and the surroundings are really beautiful. It's an authentic homestay with basic rooms that have a fridge and television. The swimming pool is quite large for a homestay, and breakfast is standard. Bikes are available to rent.

A real jewel in Phayao. This very nice little homestay has distinctive local wooden rooms, with a vintage coffee shop downstairs run by a very nice gentleman.

It's quiet and not expensive. A room costs 600 baht and can sleep four people, with one 6 foot bed and two 3.5 foot beds. The room had a musty smell.
