The extra 200 THB was sprung on us at night, after we'd checked in and paid. We had booked a twin room for three people by phone and clearly agreed on 700 THB, but staff then said the room was only for two. At that late hour we didn't have a real choice but to pay. The staff member was polite, but the price and communication weren't transparent. Any hotel rules or extra fees should be made clear when booking.

The owners were lovely, and we had a huge room with great beds and a view of the lake. The location was great too, about a minute from the lake. We did have to carry our luggage up two big flights of stairs.

This was my second time staying here. The room is big, and the location is good, close to all the restaurants and 711. There are only three rooms in the hotel and no lift. Breakfast is free, though it looks like it's bought from 711.

The room was clean and spacious, but parking was limited. There aren't Western breakfast options, unless instant coffee counts.

Clean, new and elegant, with parking available. Breakfast is included and cooked to order based on what you choose the night before. Excellent place.
