Rooms start at 350 THB. They're new, clean and spacious, with plenty of parking, and not far from Phayao. The price isn't high.

There's plenty of space in the room and convenient parking. The peeling ceiling paint makes it look like part of the ceiling could fall, and there are insect trails in the bathroom. It's acceptable for one night while you're on the way somewhere.

Phayao is hard for finding a suitable place to stay. The comfortable options are too expensive, while the others are cheap or old, with nothing in the middle. Even at 400 baht, I probably won't stay here again. I came many times when it first opened, when it cost 350 baht, and it was good then: spacious, clean rooms. After all these years, though, it's really worn down. The walls are peeling, the bathroom is stained and dirty, the door is very black, the toilet wasn't clean, and the floor felt rough and dirty underfoot. I had to sweep it, and spiders ran out while I was doing that. The mattress was painfully hard even with a topper, and left my back and body aching. The extra bed was worse, like a plank. It hurt even to sit on it. The towels were very old, so luckily I had brought my own.

The room was very spacious, with plenty of parking, and the air conditioning was cold. I booked a single bed but was given a double instead. The local Wi-Fi kept cutting out when the wind blew. The room wasn't soundproof at all: I could clearly hear people in the next room talking and their TV, as well as people stomping upstairs. The room looked old, and the towels were fuzzy.
