Get there before 9 or 9.30am, or they may have run out. The fish soup was great, with plenty of sliced seabass, and you can have deep-fried dough with it. I had pork congee with a soft-boiled egg this time. The texture was very fine, though a little pepper and soy sauce can make it tastier. Their pork congee and fish porridge at breakfast are legendary.

I came for breakfast at this very traditional restaurant. I believe the owners are Chinese, or at least the style is. They serve rice porridge with pork and fried dough.
