The rest of the staff are lovely, always helpful and smiling when I see them. But this could have been another five-star review, like the one I left on Expedia last month, if housekeeping hadn't repeatedly thrown away my things. At first I let it go with a “Mai bhen rai,” including when they assumed my plastic bottles were rubbish. I refill two or three a day at the filtered water station at my job, but the cleaners threw them out, so I stopped being able to use them. I have arthritis, and cannabis is legal medicine in this country. The cleaners even threw away half a joint, worth about 30-40 baht. I don't appreciate excessive housekeeping, and my arthritis plant isn't trash. The place could still have earned five stars from me despite having no refrigerator and charging excessive energy costs for long stays. I've stayed here before and gave it five stars on Expedia last month. This time it's 4/5. Please don't throw my stuff away. Thanks.

It's a basic, no-frills place, but excellent for the price. There's a bed, toilet and shower, fridge, decent air conditioning and WiFi. The railway station and market are nearby, with plenty of cheap places to eat, including a takeaway night market by the station. Just right for a couple of nights.

I had a few problems, and the staff were really friendly and sorted them out for me. The room is basic but clean, and I loved the free breakfast. The basic dish and chicken rice were soooo yummy 🩷 The door lock could be tighter, and the CCTV isn't positioned in front of the door. Also, the cleaner came in and cleaned my room even though I hadn't put the sign up.

The location was OK, and breakfast was decent. The cafe downstairs, which seems to be part of the business, looked clean and tidy, but after my hotel experience I didn't feel like eating there. I paid 770 baht for one night and have had much nicer rooms for that. The rooms were shabby and unclean, and the shared areas felt dingy and run-down. The owners may want to rethink their business strategy.

The TV and fridge both failed, and the bathroom had only hand soap. Checking out was quick, though. I just handed back the key, which is about the only positive thing I can say.
