What impressed me most was how well the departments communicated. The sports team, therapists, dining staff, and front desk seemed coordinated, so I didn't have to repeat requests. Everyone was attentive and professional. Tawny stood out at the restaurant for his EQ, communication, and customer service. During my stay I had the RAKxa signature massage with Wun and a Deep Tissue massage with Saipan. As someone who has had massages across Asia, I didn't expect much at first from Wun because she looked young and slight. But from the first long stroke, her technique felt extremely experienced, like she'd been doing this for over 10 years. I was impressed to learn she'd only been with the company for 2 years. It says a lot about RAKxa's professional training, knowledge, and hands-on skills. Saipan also gave thoughtful advice and a wonderful recovery-focused massage that helped my body a lot. He was so good that I booked a second session with him for the next day. The food tasted great, with wonderful flavours, though I had a small issue with the plating and tableware. The bowl for the grilled octopus wasn't practical for cutting, so I moved it to my bread plate. My gentle suggestion is that the kitchen team take a plating course, since presentation adds to the whole dining experience. A fantastic stay and service experience. I'm looking forward to the opening of their second restaurant on the premises.

Nok has made my weight-loss detox program feel easy and motivating. She's attentive, supportive, and knowledgeable, explaining each step clearly and checking in regularly. I'm pleased with the care and structure of the program, and each visit feels personal. The team is warm and professional, and the clinic is spotless. From arrival, RAKXA Wellness Clinic in Bangkok felt calm, professional, and well organized. Thanks to Nok and the whole RAKXA team for looking after me so well. I'd recommend it to anyone seeking results in a premium, trustworthy setting.

The swimming pools were the highlight, indoors and outdoors, with phenomenal views, especially overlooking the Burgo. The whole place feels high-class, combining comfort, privacy, and luxury. From the car pickup onward, everything was outstanding. The car had Wi-Fi, a charger, and water. At the hotel, I filled in my information on a tablet, then was taken to private, elegant, well-equipped changing rooms. The lockers came with combs, sanitary items, vanities, and everything needed for a massage. The women's changing room has showers and a sauna, while the men's area has its own exclusive sauna. Both areas were very well maintained. Highly recommended!
