The room leaked and the cleaning was mediocre. Even though I'd paid the full amount through Agoda, they asked me to leave my passport and a 500 baht deposit per room. I haven't had that happen at any other hotel. These reviews feel fake. Terrible place, avoid it if you can.

There’s a big car park and the hotel is very busy, but the place itself is a disaster. Dirty, old, noisy, and broken down. It was really unpleasant. I have to wonder if the positive recommendations are fake.

I’ve stayed at several B2 hotels, and this one was by far the lowest quality. It feels inconvenient and low effort from the staff, so I’m quite sure a lot of the reviews are fake. I think I’m done with this hotel chain altogether. There are too many decent places to choose from in Thailand.

The area is quiet and the room had a lovely view. Rooms are really nice and clean, and the service was very good. The price is good too. It’s a little outside the center, but close by bike or car. Walking takes about 15 minutes.
