Centro One Patong Hotel

We booked The Centro One Patong through Agoda, and it turned out to be the best choice we made in Phuket. There’s a 7-Eleven right across from the hotel, and the main road, Patong Beach, and Bangla Road are all a short walk away. The food was surprisingly tasty and affordable, better than most of the restaurants we tried in Phuket. Staff gave us useful information, found us a SIM card at a very reasonable price, and arranged a good tour to Phi Phi Island. Other agents hadn’t offered deals that good. The girl at the front desk was especially friendly and deserves credit for her hospitality. We had a small issue with the room’s AC, but the staff immediately moved us to a deluxe room at no extra charge. We had a wonderful, satisfying stay, and I highly recommend the hotel.

The location is hard to beat. Jungceylon Mall is a two-minute walk away, there are lots of restaurants serving different cuisines nearby, and a pharmacy and 7-Eleven are downstairs. Reception gave us a warm welcome. Madam Adele, Madam Jane, and all the staff deserve thanks for their attentive service. The hotel was kept very clean, and breakfast, included with the booking, was varied and delicious. Our room was spotless, the internet worked reliably, and there was a wide choice of TV channels. Good value and a memorable stay.

I got an average level of service, but slept terribly. The room was small and sound carried through the walls. Each night, an alarm on the 7th floor went off at unpredictable times and rang for about half an hour, so I couldn’t get a proper night’s rest. They also charged me 400 Baht over a small stain on a towel. A very disappointing stay.

The hotel looks small from outside, and the room wasn’t very wide, but it was excellent. The AC kept it cool, and there was a fridge for things like mango sticky rice or fruit juice. Breakfast was a highlight: delicious baked potato with cheese, sausages, ham, sunny-side-up eggs, plenty of cereal and bread, plus olives, cheese, and yogurt. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially when I asked how to get from Patong to old town. Thanks to the cleaning ladies and kitchen staff for their service. Keep up the good work. Barakallah. It’s close to Bangla street and Patong beach, both an easy walk, with malls nearby too. There are lots of food sellers, and across the street are a seven eleven and a fruit juice seller. I stayed at Centro One hotel from Sunday 21st December 2025 and checked out today, 23rd December 2025. Remember to put out the make up room sign before 15.00 O CLOCK if you want your room cleaned. I didn’t put it out on day two because we had so many things around and were going on the phi phi island tours, but the room was still clean.
