I called to ask about staying there, but the person who answered wasn’t very pleasant to talk to.

For $28 (600b ++), I’d say it’s very good. The room was clean and cosy.

Bad reception and poor service.

It’s handy for food, the market, halal restaurants, and the hospital. Parking can be tricky, though there’s some outdoor space. The room was clean and in good condition, but the corner room leaks in heavy rain. The walls are so thin you can hear conversations next door, and moving the wardrobe will reveal dust. Monthly rent is 5,500 THB, water costs a flat 200 THB per person, and electricity is extremely expensive. The male staff member had a very poor attitude.

The monthly room rates are really high, and there are no security guards keeping watch.
