Little Nyonya Hotel

The pool was a highlight, and the hotel is good value. Our room was comfortable, though it lacked a bedside table, and the bathroom could use brighter lighting. We also heard some nearby construction during our stay. The location is decent, but there may be more convenient places if you’re mainly planning to explore Phuket and the surrounding areas. For the price, it’s a good option, with a few small things that could be improved.

Our family of 16, including children, had traveled a long way and arrived tired on Christmas Eve. We had paid in full in advance and brought a service dog, but the staff were hostile, cold, and impolite when we asked where the dog could stay. They seemed ready to cancel the rooms for the whole group, so we ended up taking the dog to a special hotel. The rooms are small, and the extra beds weren’t made up. We were given pillows and blankets without sheets. The attitude and behavior were very bad, and the whole experience was a failure.

A peaceful, well-kept place with a warm, charming feel, and good value for money. My room at Little Nyonya Hotel in Phuket was clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I’d recommend it for a relaxing stay.
