The resort is a convenient distance from the beach, so getting to Phuket's beautiful coastline is easy. The surroundings are lovely, the dining was outstanding, and Banyan Tree Phuket exceeded what I expected. Breakfast was phenomenal, with a huge range of tasty choices each morning, from local Thai dishes to international favorites. The property is peaceful, beautiful, and impeccably maintained, and the staff were so friendly and attentive, always willing to go the extra mile to make guests feel welcome. I'd highly recommend staying here and would happily return!

I was staying in a villa with my own pool and spa, and with my flight leaving so late, I decided to get a massage. I didn't expect it to be so lovely. The one-hour treatment came with a private steam room and shower, and wow, I felt like a new woman afterward. Ask for Charn. He was exceptional, with 10/10 service, and took care to work on every area I asked about. This is a must-do when you're here. Get a massage!

A lovely resort, with a great team. Special thanks to BUS at the waterfront Resturant and INK and MOOK at the SAISONS Restaurant. They went out of their way to look after us and make sure we had a great time, which made a real difference. It was such a pleasure staying at the Banyan Tree Phuket. Looking forward to coming back.

Ni was so friendly and helpful, and the kind, attentive service made my visit to the Gallery even more enjoyable. The space at Banyan Tree Phuket was peaceful and beautifully arranged, and I really enjoyed browsing there. It became a memorable part of my stay. I appreciated the excellent service and would be glad to visit the Gallery again.

I've traveled all over the world and been to every continent, and I've never had massage treatment or care as good as this. I'm at Banyan Tree phuket, and its spa has been unbelievable, like a dream. Venice is the best masseuse. I deal with inflammation and pain, but I left pain-free. The care, professionalism, techniques, and skill were by far the best I've experienced anywhere. I'd invite anyone to visit Thailand and Phuket, stay at the Banyan Tree phuket, and see Miss Venice.
