Jhun made check-out smooth and efficient, and I especially appreciated his professional help. The whole team was helpful too. The rooms were modern, lovely and spotlessly clean, and we found the food delicious with plenty of choice. A fantastic experience from beginning to end.

We spent 10 days at this beautiful resort and have just checked out. The restaurants were all excellent, and we didn't have a bad meal. Breakfast had a great buffet selection too. Our room was lovely and cleaned to a high standard every day, and all areas of the hotel were great. The staff gave impeccable service. Food and drink prices were the one surprise. If you're not all inclusive, they feel very much like prices back home in the UK. The quality did fairly match the cost, and the island location is a factor too. We had a wonderful holiday, would gladly return and recommend the resort to family and friends. Thanks for a lovely stay 😊

We loved spending our days and evenings at Laku beach club, our favorite of the four restaurants, where the food was tasty. The other rooms were clean and nice too, and the service throughout the hotel was great, with staff always greeting us with a smile. Getting to the hotel on its own speedboats was easy. We also booked a Hong Krabi Island excursion at the hotel, and the boat took us there and brought us back, which was convenient. Our pool Vila was spacious and fault-free for us, with large rooms and a separate bathroom for each bedroom. We had a great experience and will definitely come back!

Laku beach club was the only part of the hotel that really worked for us. The staff were better there and the food was much nicer, though it's not included in all inclusive. Von deserves a special thank you. He was kind, helpful and gave us the best service we had at the hotel. He made customers smile, made my birthday special and made our time at the beach club feel perfect. We came with my partner for my birthday and stayed 12 days, but I left quite disappointed. This doesn't feel like a true 5 star hotel, and the service was inconsistent across the property. Breakfast greetings varied day to day, and once a waitress took away food we were still eating and tried to move us from the table without apologizing. Room service was different each day, with missing items, poor communication and no apology. It took three days for someone to come after we asked to speak with a manager. Room cleaning was abysmal. They left dirty cups and plates with food for two days instead of cleaning, and when we asked staff to come back later, they pushed past us and continued cleaning. After raising it with a manager, the room was finally cleaned properly for the first time after nine days. Getting to and from the island was a bit of a nightmare. The boats were often packed, and sometimes we had to wait for the next one. They came hourly, sometimes every 30 minutes. The buffet food wasn't great either. The private beach dinner looked lovely and was quite expensive, but service was very slow and the food arrived dry and cold. There were bugs everywhere on the beach, so it wasn't the special dinner we'd hoped for. Drinks service was painfully slow. We waited 10 minutes at an empty bar for a bottle of water. I'm glad we didn't book all inclusive. There also weren't enough beds, so guests had to get up early to claim one, which was frustrating.
