The hotel's location is great. There are hotels nearer the beach if that's a must, but food, massage, markets, chemist stores, and more are only a short walk from the lobby. The staff were faultless and the hotel is clean. The rooms are small, and the balcony only has room for one person to stand. I'd suggest more drying racks if you're a water person. Breakfast was sadly average compared with other hotels we've stayed at in the area, and there was no bacon. The lobby toilets smelled bad every morning, and the pool area needs a lot more shade.

We stayed for two weeks and found no downsides at all. The staff were always ready to help and offer advice. I especially want to mention Air, who was charming and helped us with everything. We taught her some Russian so she could communicate with Russian-speaking clients, and we'll definitely come back.

I'm so sad to leave JonoX! I loved everything, from the bed and pillows to the rooms and customer service. The staff were wonderful. Thank you so much.

Breakfast had plenty of variety, and the room was quiet. The front desk staff were excellent, and the low-season price was great value. The hotel is close to the beach, about a five-minute walk, and there's a 7-11 nearby. Beach towels and flip-flops are provided in the room, and you can exchange the beach towels for fresh ones at the security guard post by the front door after use. There's also a lobby access door that shortcuts to restaurants outside the hotel. Parking is in the basement, reached by car elevator.
