I stayed for a whole week and was sorry to leave. The staff were attentive, genuinely friendly, and quick to help with anything I needed. Our first room was already fine, but we asked to see another option and they patiently moved us to one we liked even more. The hotel feels new, and the rooms were clean and fresh. They cleaned daily and kept us supplied with water and coffee, which made a longer stay feel easy. It's right by Surat Thani Train Station, handy for an early departure or a late arrival. There's plenty of affordable food nearby, as well as food inside the hotel. It's a central spot with a lively city feel. For the service and condition of the place, I thought the price was great. I'd stay again when heading to the islands, and it worked well for my week in Surat Thani.

The only real upsides were the low price and being close to the railway station. The room was simple and clean, but room 209 smelled really bad and had no hot water in the shower. The mattress was hard, and there's no elevator. They also ask for a 200 baht deposit.

The room was large and clean, but there was no hot water, which was the main issue for me. There's no lift, and I think hotels should make it clear when guests will have to use the stairs. Also, there were no English TV channels.

The room was spacious and quiet, and late check-in was available. It's very handy for the train station and good value for the money.
