The room was spacious, and the service, booking, transport access, and parking were all convenient. For the price, the room itself is reasonable, though the property looks a bit old. The outlets are starting to look blackened, and I found hair and dust beneath the table this time. In summer the AC struggled to cool the bed in some of the bigger rooms, especially when the bed was far from the unit. A fan didn't help much during the day, though it was fine at night.

For the price and convenient location, it was acceptable, but there are things that need attention. The standard rooms have AC and a fan and stayed comfortable, while VIP rooms only have AC and got hot during the day. In some VIP rooms the TV had no signal and couldn't be used, which happened on two occasions and should be fixed. The rooms are old, though that seems fair for the price. The outlets are very old and should be improved for safety, and the broken bathroom doorknob needs repair.

The staff were rude, and they knocked on my door so aggressively it felt like they might break in. I've stayed in hotels in every province and never had that happen before. It was scarier than a ghost. The room wasn't clean either, especially the dirty bathroom, which left me worried about germs. I'd paid already, so I felt bad about the whole thing.

Really bad. The floor was sticky and stained, like the room hadn't been cleaned before they gave it to us. I also found hair and something else on the bedsheet, so I figured it hadn't been changed. When I asked the staff if they could replace it, they first said to wait a moment, then asked if I could change it myself. I paid for the room, so they shouldn't be asking me that.
