DEMI III Demi the third

A luxury pool villa, and there’s no television in the room. The owner wants guests to enjoy the room and the atmosphere of Pranburi and the sea. Definitely recommended for couples and families. A must-visit, the best in Pranburi.

You can walk straight down to the sea from this beautiful, peaceful place. It feels made for relaxing and healing. The staff were attentive, polite, and kind, and breakfast was delicious with a wide variety and generous portions.

Breakfast was amazing, and everyone on staff was so kind. The place felt cozy and was very clean, with a beach you can walk straight to. Just watch out for sea lice in the water.

We were a family of five and booked two villas at Demi the third. The welcome in each one included drinks, a snack hamper, a bottle of bubble, and breakfast of our choice, plus more. The rooms were clean and nicely presented, with lovely ocean views. Hearing the waves at night was bliss, and the wall-mounted TV was a good size for watching in bed. There was also a huge walk-in wardrobe and a twin bassinet sink. The staff made us feel welcome and were friendly and helpful. The hot water was barely warm, so we ended up using a kettle, which was frustrating. The food looked better than it tasted, and we had to leave our lovely room to find a good dinner elsewhere. Still, it was a perfect place to stay and I'd highly recommend it. I hope to come back the next time I'm in Thailand.
