Tolani Le Bayburi Pranburi Villa

We had a refreshing swim every morning, just 30 seconds from our bedroom. With two adjacent villas, our extended family of 19 adults and kids had the chilled, beachfront stay we wanted, with a nice pool and good service. The rooms were far enough apart for privacy, while the shared kitchen and pool made a lovely place for everyone to have fun together. It’s a great blend of villa and hotel, and I’d recommend it to anyone.

Pranburi is a peaceful beach, and this place works well for a family of 8. There are four bedrooms, including one on the ground floor that suits older people. The big living room has a 55" LED TV for anyone bringing games or karaoke for a party. Outside, there’s a swimming pool with a children’s pool, plus a good-sized kitchen and large dining table beside it. The beach has a great sunrise view and a swing.

The beach is quiet, clean, and has small waves. The property consists of four beachfront pool villas. Each villa has four bedrooms, a living room, and an open-air kitchen. Two bedrooms share a bathroom, and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking, including a gas barbecue.

I stayed here a few years ago and it was great, so this time was really disappointing. I’ve enjoyed a few X2 places before and expected this one to be similar. For what it costs, I expected better upkeep, but everything feels, smells, and looks old. I can’t recommend it in its current state. Do yourself a favor and spend your money on a better place.
