The owner was so kind and nice that I was happy to stay here. Agoda showed us a different room from the one we actually got, though. Still, thank you so much for being so kind. Recommended 👍🏻

The older lady was warm and attentive, and she’s the main reason we’d considered coming back. The daughter, though, wasn’t as hospitable. She rejected our Agoda booking and canceled it two days before arrival, telling us to “find another place.” We’d booked a week, but there wasn’t a quiet evening: the place is on a busy, noisy road, there’s a bar across from it that stays loud late, and the owners sometimes sing karaoke. The bed is rock hard, the room is dark, the TV screen was broken, the shower barely had any pressure, and the air conditioning was very loud. Cleanliness was okay. I wouldn’t recommend it for European tourists, and I wouldn’t book it for more than €10 a night. There are better, quieter, more comfortable places in Pua for a better price.

The service is friendly and family-friendly, and the accommodation is good value. It may not be up in the mountains, but it’s cool and feels safe. A good option if you’re looking for somewhere to stay while traveling around Pua. I talked with the owner and learned they’ll be opening a cafe on-site soon. I’d stay here again.

The stay was peaceful and private, just like being at home. It was great, thank you!
