The beds are good and it’s a nice hotel, but a lot of it is quite run down.

We booked two nights to relax, expecting to use the two swimming pools they advertised. Neither pool was actually open, and that ruined our holiday. I’m very disappointed. Unfortunately, too many places in Ranong seem like this, with Thai people who don’t care.

The staff are really friendly, and it’s a cozy place to stay. There’s a small pool for kids that you can reach directly from the room, and food is available as well. It’s close to the town centre. I’ll definitely visit again.

Breakfast is very good, and the hotel is in a pleasant area. It feels safe, and you can walk around to explore or find street food. Highly recommend it.

The staff try hard, but the owner doesn’t. The power was out all day and there’s no backup electricity. When guests have a problem, the staff can’t get hold of the owner. The shower pressure in the room is weak too.
