Ranong River View

The riverfront location is quiet and private, with a lovely view, and the price felt fair. We chose a first-floor room beside the river after the kind owner showed me several room types. You can kayak along the river toward the mountain, and the place is conveniently close to hot springs and good restaurants. The accommodation was spotless and felt very welcoming. Thanks for looking after it so well.

We've got three nights here, and the staff have been welcoming and helpful. It's outside town, though anywhere is only about a 10-minute drive. The room is spacious, comfortable, and very clean, with a warm shower, fridge, kettle, and a good bed. Sitting on the shady balcony in the cool breeze and hearing water run through the fish ponds is lovely.

Kayaks are available for free to take out on the river, and there are two pools, one treated with chlorine and another fed by the stream. The place is tucked away on the riverbank, with waterfalls upstream, lots of shade, and plenty of spots to rest. Rooms are nicely presented with a pleasant view, and there's a pond with big koi fish.

I couldn't get a room because the place was fully booked, but the view looked great. There are two pools, clean-looking rooms, several room types, free kayaks for trips along the river, and even a small gym. It's close to Lotus Tesco and Makro, though a bit far from the city. There's just one way in and out, shared with villagers. Still, it's very quiet, so enjoy your stay if you book here.
