For the price, this was great. It was clean and felt secure, and the location worked well. You can hire a motobike here, and they put out free tea, coffee, and toast in the morning. Some of the earlier negative reviews seem over the top to me, probably from tourists with too-high expectations.

The worst part was the bed, which was soaked in a stranger’s urine. When I told the staff, they laughed in my face and offered neither an apology nor any help or compensation. I was travelling alone and already felt unsafe about going outside at 2 a.m., so expecting me to come complain then was completely unreasonable. The room was dirty, the bedding had visible stains, the facilities were poor quality, and there were animals inside. I paid for the stay, and for that price and in that area, I expected at least somewhere clean, safe, and decent. Instead, the service was substandard and unprofessional, with no regard for guests’ well-being. They failed basic hygiene and hospitality standards and showed no respect for paying customers. I strongly warn others against staying here.

We needed a simple, clean place for one night for three people, and it met my expectations for the money. The extra mat we requested cost 50 baht, but it was so thin it wasn’t comfortable. They also took a 200 baht deposit, which we only got back after showing the receipt, so hold onto it.

At 500 baht, it felt like a decent deal, especially since the hotel is new and the WiFi was okay. The room was clean, comfortable, and big enough, with a clean bathroom. There are plenty of other places around at this price, too.
