The Blue Sky Resort @ Ranong

Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were genuinely friendly. The hotel is beautiful and very clean, with top-tier service. I stayed in a Sea View room, and looking out over the water was a lovely way to unwind. Highly recommended, and I think guests will be happy here. Thank you!

The staff made a lovely impression, even helping with our luggage when we left and waving goodbye. Our two-room suite had plenty of space for three, with clean, well-equipped rooms, comfortable beds, and a balcony with unusual chairs that I really liked. The bay view was beautiful, with Myanmar across the water. The restaurant was very good and reasonably priced, so we didn't feel a need to eat elsewhere. The bungalows sit by the sea, and once you're past the long road in, the entrance opens up nicely. I did wonder at first if I should continue along that road, but after more than a kilometer it turned out to be fine, and the place is special. One thing to improve: keep the pool clean and fix up the building beside it. It's a mess right now, though it could be a nice bar or something.

The sunset over Myanmar from the clean pool was beautiful, and there's a pleasant breeze that keeps the area cool. You can hear the waves outside at night, too. The rooms are very clean, bright white inside, and the food is delicious. Staff were always close by and attentive in both the restaurant and lobby, and they went out of their way to help. The wooden decking is new and still being renovated. Bring what you'll need, since the nearest convenience store is a 20-minute drive away. I'd happily return.

The hospitality here is so good. Everyone on staff was thoughtful and helpful. We'll definitely come back.
