November 2020. This is a good hotel, but the service from the staff member named “Fon” was very poor. A welcoming attitude from staff should be the top priority since it shapes the first impression, and this fell short. Otherwise, I would have happily given the hotel five stars.

The price seems fair for a room this size, but a few things seem broken, including the shower. The air conditioner and its remote aren't working properly either. The room was so dusty it stuck to my feet as I walked, and the bed was pretty hard. I'm not sure if the rooms are meant for temporary stays. If so, it would be good to have those rooms clearly separated.
