月亮公寓(The Moonn Apartment)

We booked two rooms for three nights, arriving around 2 p.m. after a long trip from a city near Malaysia. Even though we had made the booking two months earlier, in late October 2017, they said they couldn’t find it. We waited about an hour, and no one even apologized. Eventually we were able to stay, but one room was bad, hot from the sun, with mold and yellowing on the main wall. We asked to switch rooms, but the man who inspected it said it was in good condition, so we couldn’t move. The room was otherwise sort of okay, but the service was poor: staff didn’t smile, communication with customers was bad, and there was no customer service mindset. We chose you for the second time because the apartment service had been good before, but now it was the worst for us. P.S. They said no deposit was needed when booking. You might need to call to confirm, but that still doesn’t guarantee you’ll have a room when you arrive.
