The cleaning team were fantastic, and Eric and Holly were both friendly, with Eric greeting us and Holly handling checkout. Our 24-hour security guard, "Sean", was a really nice guy. I miss our daily "Sabadee Kap" greetings. There's plenty of parking, and the beach is a two-minute walk away. I'm not much of a beach person, though my friends liked it. I had hoped for somewhere more central, but that was on me for not checking the location properly. It was still easy enough by scooter. It's a little remote, maybe five minutes by scooter, so it works well if that's what you want. The villa itself is large and nice, with a good view and great AC. A few things felt cheaply built, but otherwise it was pretty much as described.

We had a fantastic stay in the 'Art House', as our group of five called it. The rooms were roomy and the beds comfortable, and we loved playing in the pool. The roof terrace was just right for a sunset G&T. There were so many unusual pictures and sculptures that we kept spotting ones we'd missed before. It has a real wow factor and looks even better than the website photos. I'd highly recommend this house.

A great pick for a family trip. The maid was friendly and very helpful, and there was plenty to enjoy, from the private pool and barbecue terrace to the jacuzzi, cooking gear, and private lift. Highly recommended.
