The pool was perfect, and the place was spotlessly clean. They left us water every couple of days and cleaned during our stay. Tivaporn and Werner were amazing hosts, and the air conditioning, fridge, and microwave were all great. It’s in a quieter area, just a short ride from the main part of rawaii. We found a fantastic restaurant up the road, but sadly only got there once. If we’d known about it, we would have gone every day. There’s also a great little fried chicken spot around the corner where locals seem to stop on their way to work. I’d happily stay here again. It felt more real and a lot less touristy than Kata or places like it. You’re also close to the rawaii muay Thai stadium, which was a good spot to watch some fighting. Thanks!

We spent five days here and wished we could have stayed longer. Tivaporn and Werner were so accommodating, and the room was lovely, clean, and affordable. We had a beautiful view from the room, and it was easy to get around Rawai and the rest of Phuket. There are lots of nice little finds nearby, including Kongharn for dinner, and a 7-11 close by. Renting a bike was easy too.

The place felt calm and lovely, with birdsong through the day and a balcony looking out over Chalong Bay. We also had a spacious, spotless room and bathroom, plus a swimming pool. The hosts were quick to help us rent a bike and sort out anything else we needed. Easily our best Airbnb in Thailand. We'd happily stay again when we're next in Phuket. Thanks for being such gracious hosts! :)

Werner and his family made sure we felt welcome and did a lot to make our time in Phuket memorable. Baan Kinnaree is a charming, well-kept guesthouse with a comfortable feel and a sense of authenticity. We had a delightful stay and highly recommend it.

The hosts were so friendly and helpful, which really stood out. The rooms are roomy and clean, and we loved the pool and breakfast. Definitely recommend staying here.
