Breakers Hotel Rawai

We lost a lot of time on the first day trying to find the hotel. The addresses on Agoda and Google were wrong, and we ended up on the other side of the street, about 10 minutes away. Staff had confirmed those same wrong details, and I sent management a screenshot. I asked them to reimburse us for the cars hired to get to those locations, but they blamed me for entering the address incorrectly and ignored the evidence. Then the electricity went out for an hour. There was no pool, and we couldn't charge things to the room either. What should have been a relaxing fitness retreat became stressful instead. Don't stay here if your time and peace of mind matter to you.

We lost time and more than 2,200 baht because the hotel address was wrong on both Agoda and Google. Staff confirmed the incorrect location over WhatsApp, and we have screenshots. We booked a 1000 baht taxi there, then paid 500 baht to reach the actual hotel. Later, the same problem with Grab cost another 800 baht. Management was told and promised to sort it out, but we never heard back. There was also a one hour power outage, no pool, and no way to charge room service to the room. Our group stay was a logistical and financial mess, and we felt ignored and disrespected.

It was peaceful and quiet, and the staff were so kind and helpful 🙏🙏. Breakfast was included, we got water each day, and Netflix was available. We had an amazing stay.

Our colleagues are at this hotel now for a company retreat, and the reports coming back to us in Singapore have been appalling. Incorrect address details sent them to the wrong location multiple times, so they had to spend extra on transportation. We’ve also heard about power outages and missing basic amenities. We care about our employees' well-being, and it’s really disappointing that they’re facing this much stress and incompetence. We won’t book company travel here again.
