The room was dirty and smelled strongly of mold, or something like it. The sheets, which should have been white, were yellow and had holes. I had to leave and look for somewhere more hygienic.

A decent stay for the price. It's quiet and relaxed, mostly with families and children, and the staff are nice and helpful. Sometimes, though, people use the pool after working hours, past 8 pm, and it can get noisy. A sign asking people to stop at that hour would help.

I got a great off-season rate for Condo 505. It's peaceful and well located, close to plenty of restaurants, bars, and massage places, with 7-11 just 50 m away. The one-bedroom condo has a kitchen and living room, a separate bedroom, a small closet room, and a nice bathroom with an excellent shower. Cooking facilities are provided, and the main appliances are Samsung: two TVs, two ACs, a microwave, and a fridge/freezer. There's a small balcony too. The staff are excellent and very helpful. My only slight issue was the hard mattress, though that's typical in Thailand.

The WiFi could have been a bit better because it kept cutting in and out. Apart from that, we had a great experience at The Calipso. The staff were all lovely and incredibly helpful, and the apartment was clean, modern, and had everything we needed.
