Chalong Marina Bay View Phuket

A quiet hotel in a new building, with very friendly staff and spotless rooms. When anything came up, they sorted it out within minutes. We also enjoyed the clean pool, its bar, and the view over the port. Breakfasts were great, and the parking is good and covered. I recommend it!

We found the location convenient, with nearby attractions, restaurants, and transport easy to reach, plus a free shuttle to nearby beaches. The room was comfortable, clean, and well looked after, and the bed was especially comfortable. Everything worked properly, and the quiet made it easy to unwind after a long day. From arrival, the staff were welcoming and ready to help with whatever we needed. The good service, cleanliness, and location made this great value for money. I'd happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

There are plenty of shops within walking distance, including Makro, 7/11, and SuperCheap, and the hotel has a large free parking lot. The one downside is a noisy construction site nearby. I hope it gets sorted soon, because this place is too good to have that kind of drawback. The hotel is modern and meets all quality standards, with very polite, welcoming English-speaking staff who are attentive to requests and quick to help. They even help carry luggage to and from the rooms, which are spacious and comfortable, with large balconies, nice bathrooms, kitchens, sofas, and large comfortable beds. A room for 4 people has two bathrooms and two huge air-conditioned bedrooms. Some rooms have private pools, and there's a big shared infinity pool on the 4th floor, with a minibar and comfortable soft sun loungers and umbrellas. There's also a gym, swimming pool, restaurant, cafe, and room food delivery. The sea is a 15-minute drive away, and the hotel has a free transfer to Kata and Nai Harn, with transfers to other places available to order. Breakfast, spa, massages, and excursions cost extra. Cleaning was very good, and the service was top-notch. This is the best hotel I've stayed at in Phuket, and I'd recommend booking it in any season. A huge thanks to the staff for their hospitality and care. We'll definitely be back next time. It was a pleasure staying here!

The hotel app was a real highlight, easy to use and handy for ordering anything we needed. We also liked the activities, including movie nights and cooking classes, as well as the free beach shuttle. Our room was clean, modern, and well equipped, and having our own washing machine was a big plus. The staff were incredibly friendly and the hotel worked really well for families. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!
