The staff were incredible and quick to respond, and we got great value for the money. Our large family gathering fit perfectly in this villa. It's conveniently located near Rawai's main road, with plenty of restaurants, massage shops, and a couple of bars within walking distance. I'd recommend giving the place a shot.

All 7 of us had an amazing time in this villa. It's got fantastic facilities, and everything was very clean. The pool and gardens were well maintained, and cleaners came every 3rd day. The team helped with everything, from arranging taxi drivers and excursions to getting a birthday cake delivered from the French bakery. Benni helped us through booking, Natti shared lots of useful knowledge and always got back to us with helpful information and contacts, and Thares provided an excellent taxi service. I highly recommend this villa.

The villa, pool, bedrooms, grounds, and cleanliness were all magnificent, and communication with the agency was very good and responsive. There were some problems, though. The neighbors' construction work was very noisy, running 7 days a week from 8 am to 6 pm, and the villa's water pump made noise too. The air conditioning was broken, but they repaired it right away. Don't leave belongings outside, as ours were stolen at night. Have a wonderful vacation.

The location was quite good, and both the villa and pool were perfect. We stayed for a week with friends and found the cleaning staff very friendly. Communication with Natti was great as well. We'd definitely come back. Excellent value for money.
