Cozy Bay Rawai

The hotel is quiet, and the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. I was there for just one night, but everything was very well looked after: the premises, my room, and the bathroom were all really clean.

Birdsong in the palm trees was a lovely way to start the day, and I felt safe throughout my stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had what I needed, with air conditioning that worked perfectly. Reception were especially kind and helpful, and they also provided complimentary bottled water. The location is handy for getting around this part of Phuket, particularly by scooter. Makro, several good restaurants, and scooter rental shops are close by, and there’s a laundry shop right across the street. It’s a practical, comfortable base for exploring Rawai, and a good value if you want an affordable stay without giving up comfort. For work, the WiFi handled email and messages reliably, but I found it limited for cloud-based work and complex projects that need fast, steady internet. A nearby coworking space might suit heavier workdays. There’s no guest kitchen or breakfast service, and no dedicated quiet spot for calls or focused work. Still, a warm, convenient place for active travelers.

The location was great, and the staff were lovely. Such a nice hotel, I’d definitely recommend it.
