Don’t be taken in by the title or photos. This was by far the worst villa I’ve stayed in. For 55k baht for 5 days 4 nights, it wasn’t cheap, and the basic cleanliness was missing. I hope future renters are cautious. At the entrance, I saw an opened condom packet on the grass, which made me doubt how clean the place would be. Inside, the pool table’s side parts were broken, and the toilet door lock was broken too. The washing machine tray was full of dirt, with towels left in both the washer and dryer. On the second day the maid left a carpet and an unknown underwear in the washing machine. She stayed at the property for only about 10 minutes each day, left washed towels in the machine, never took out the rubbish, and never cleaned the property. Upstairs, the first room’s toilet had a carpet on the floor, which didn’t seem sanitary. The toilet seat and towel rack were broken, the sheets had stains, and the shower water flow was terrible. There was no hot water in the shower rooms except one toilet, and most toilets wouldn’t flush. At night there were always weird noises, from the fridge and elsewhere, probably because nothing had been checked.

This villa always makes annoying music at night. Poorly organized, poor owner. Don’t worry if someone dies. Who cares?

We were close enough to Rawaii to get out and enjoy the action, while still having a good resort location.

It works really well for a big group, and the pool is great. The house itself is lovely, with designer renovations. A few practical things were missing: no shower or toilet toiletries, and only 500ml water bottles per person instead of large drinking water jugs. I also wished there were a mat in the shower because the floor gets slippery.
