Lady Naya Villas

The mattress alone might have been the best I've slept on in any hotel or Airbnb, and the apartments were spotless, spacious, and well cared for. The courtyard and pool felt cozy and private, a nice place to slow down. Lady Naya Villas is peaceful and set away from the city bustle, but everything you need is nearby, and it's about a 10-minute walk to where things are happening without bringing the noise back with you. Linn and Norman were so warm and attentive. They handled questions, requests, and even little crises within minutes, always kindly. It feels like they'd do just about anything to help. For a quiet, restorative stop in Thailand away from parties and constant city energy, this is a lovely choice.

The pool, palms, and lovely views made it easy to relax, and we didn't see any insects, which was a real plus in Phuket. We spent 9 days here as a couple in a pool villa and had a wonderful stay. The grounds and room were exceptionally clean, with thorough daily housekeeping and regular linen changes. Afterward we stayed at several other Phuket hotels, including some 5-star places, and none came close to this level of cleaning and service. The grounds are beautiful and kept in great shape, the staff are very friendly and happy to answer questions, and there are some very cute cats around. 10/10, we'd definitely return and recommend it.

Getting around in the evening can be a bit of a gamble, since with Bolt and Grab you might get lucky and find a taxi quickly, or you might wait. The place itself is lovely, with a very large, comfortable room and a calm area with a nice pool. The room had everything we needed for a holiday, even a kitchen, coffee machine, boiler, and microwave. The staff were really nice and helpful, and arranged everything we asked for right away.

The villas had more room than just a bedroom and a kitchen, which made them really convenient. We stayed 8 nights and loved it. The staff genuinely care about guests and were quick to help with anything. There were lots of cats the hotel looks after, and they made lovely company. A short tuk-tuk ride takes you to the bigger street with lots of great restaurants. We'd stay here again.
