You'll definitely need a bike to reach the beach or grocery store, though the location itself is OK. The apartments are good, with soundproof rooms, spacious parking, security, and a clean area. Be very cautious with Russian agents or hosts here, especially Lubov. They may try to charge extra for internet, electricity, cleaning, and flaws that aren't real.
