Naiya Buree Boutique Resort Hotel

The rooms were quiet, with no road noise, and the hotel was in good condition. The older AC units were next on the upgrade list, though replacing them would be a big job. We booked by walking in, so I couldn't leave a booking.com review. The first room had a rattling AC that made sleep almost impossible. Bob listened to our concerns, did everything he could to fix it, and later moved us to another room. He was so funny that we still remember him on our next vacation. It felt like getting a free stand-up comedy show. I wish every hotel had a Bob. Thanks, Bob, for a wonderful stay!

WARNING. We booked Superior rooms directly on the website for newyear 25-26. When we tried to contact them, they couldn't find me in their system, even though I have the order confirmation. A whole week was suddenly ruined. Please read the other reviews from people with the same experience. I strongly want to warn people about this hotell.

I couldn’t sleep on either night because the mattress in my first room was so worn I could feel its springs. They moved me to another room the next day, but it had the same problem. I asked to cancel my final night, and reception and the manager said they’d contact Booking and refund it. The next day, Booking.com messaged to say they couldn’t reach an agreement with the accommodation. So my last night wasn’t refunded.

The place is clean and well kept, and it’s a great spot for training at Motus Kultura, Cult, or Power House Muay thai gym, which is just a minute away on foot. There’s only one staff member, so try to contact the hotel before you arrive and let them know you’re coming.
