Namphung Phuket Boutique Resort

We accidentally left our phone in Thailand, and the owner kept it safe and drove to another part of Phuket to give it to friends staying elsewhere. That trustworthiness really stood out. We’d booked five nights and were kindly upgraded to an apartment when we arrived. The staff were friendly and helpful, answered our questions, and got back to us quickly whenever we needed anything. There are lots of restaurants nearby too.

There’s lots of greenery nearby, which gives the place a relaxed feel, and the beach is about a 10-minute walk away. Restaurants, bars, and 7-Elevens are close too. My room was spotless and really comfortable, and the whole place felt fresh and clean. The staff were some of the nicest I’ve met, always friendly and glad to help. You could tell they enjoy their work. I had a lovely stay and would come back.

Rawai Beach is a two-minute walk away, and Nai Harn Beach is about five minutes by motorbike or Bolt &grab taxi. My four-day stay at this boutique hotel was very relaxing. It’s quiet at night, away from traffic and nightlife, and I slept well. The rooms were clean and organized, with strong hot water pressure. There are two pools, one oval and one rectangular, plus decorative ponds that make a little oasis. The quiet co-working space has a bean-to-cup coffee machine, so you can make coffee and work comfortably on social media. The male and female reception staff gave a warm welcome and were great with guests. The owner is a polite, kind, smiling Greek gentleman. I was very satisfied and would recommend the place. I hope to stay again on a future trip.

Mr. Charlie made our stay, along with the lovely lady at reception. Without them, we wouldn’t have enjoyed it even half as much. He was warm, reliable, and kind in a way I haven’t experienced elsewhere. Every request he could help with was taken care of right away. He puts his whole self into the job, and you feel it in every conversation and action. He has all the qualities you could want in an employee, and honestly, he’s far overqualified for the position. If I ever start a company, he’d be one of the first people I’d hire. People like him are hard to find, professionally and personally. He became a real friend, and I’m sure he’ll remain one. Humanity, loyalty, reliability, appreciation. Anyone who gets to meet him is very fortunate. Lots of love, Katarina.
