I’ve only just moved in, but so far the rooms are tidy and clean, the elevator works, and there’s parking for a motorcycle. The surroundings have a beautiful view, and the price is very reasonable.

The location is great, but the resort has fallen into disrepair since COVID. Some units have stood empty for a long time, while others have been bought individually and are now being renovated. Many are long-term rentals. The swimming pool isn’t working and is full of stagnant water. There’s a lot of work still to do.

I’ve stayed here twice now and will come back. The rooms are huge, among the biggest in Rawai, and the price is fair, unlike many places nearby that triple their rates in high season. Since the units are privately owned and decorated to each owner’s taste, I’d look at a few before choosing. I got lucky with one that was comfortable and suited my style.

The rooms here are much more spacious than others in the area, and the place is quiet and close to the beach. It’s my favorite spot to stay in Phuket, and I plan to return whenever I’m in Rawai. Each room has its own design, and some come with more amenities than others, so it’s worth checking them on air bnb. One I stayed in had a PlayStation, Apple TV, and even a floor-cleaning robot.
