The hotel is clean, roomy, and comfortable, and the staff are incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. If you want to feel like family while you’re in Phuket, this is a great choice for relaxing and enjoying yourself.

The staff made our three-night stay especially lovely. They were genuinely kind and friendly, did their best to accommodate us, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The hotel is also well placed for a short walk to markets and restaurants. The beach is a few kilometres away, but that didn’t bother us. We had a fantastic stay and can’t recommend this place enough.

I fell in love with this place, the staff, and the adorable little doggie Lukhchin 🥹. Everyone was so nice and helped me with whatever I needed. Breakfast has lots of choices; I stuck to eggs and pancakes, which were delicious. The chief cooks in front of you, so the food is fresh. My room was cleaned well and there were always fresh towels. The location is good too, with 7/11 about a three-minute walk away. I only used the pool once, but saw it being cleaned often.

Rawai has a nice, chilled feel, and this place is good value, so I’d recommend it. The pool was beautiful, breakfast was great, and the service was pretty good too. It is a little far from the beautiful beaches, though. The mosquitoes were relentless. The hotel should put mosquito plugs in the rooms more often before guests arrive.

The staff were really kind and friendly, and the pool is a lovely, quiet spot hidden between the buildings. My room was very clean and nice, with a small kitchen, a huge comfortable bed, and a Bali-style glass shower. Highly recommend! 🫰🏽
