The Pool Access felt like home during the year we stayed there, and we'd love to return someday. The pool was wonderful and the grounds were kept beautifully, but the management and service staff were what stood out most. They did their jobs so well and made us feel like family. Housekeeping was meticulous, with cleaning and bedding changes twice a week. We're also very grateful to the ladies who helped with the dishes in the kitchen. P.S. If you're reading this at reception, we think of you often and are grateful for the warm welcome.

Good location for me, five minutes to 7-11, seven minutes to bike rental, and a five-minute ride to the beach and promtep cape. The staff were friendly, helpful, and kind. My favourite hotel at Phuket. I'll definitely come again. Liked it!

The apartment was really spacious and I liked it a lot. The pool in front was nice and the staff were good. Cleaning wasn't the strongest point, as seems to be the case in Thailand. It's about 400m from the beach, but not close to the main beaches. If you like the South of the Phucket, I'd recommend it.

We stopped at the cafe for a couple of iced mochas and a refreshing watermelon smoothie while our clothes were in the washing machine across the street. It's air-conditioned and looks out over the pool area. We were new to doing laundry in Thailand and learned the machines don't dry clothes, so you have to sun-dry everything. We asked the cafe staff about drying ours, and they offered to hang them up, even though we weren't hotel guests. Their generosity and service were humbling, and felt like the best of Thai culture.

Really good value. The apartment was large and very clean, with two TVs, two AC units, a full-size fridge, a complete kitchen with stovetop, and a big bathroom. The pool was nice too. When we went in, a staff member brought us two beach towels without us even asking. Everyone was super friendly.
