The staff were amazing, kind, and spoke clearly in several languages. The grounds are cared for, and at night the place has a whole vibe. It’s a fun concept aimed more at a younger crowd, with the pool in the middle and every room facing it. The WiFi works best by the pool. Rooms are clean and simple, though the lights are very bright at night and could use dimmers. The windows aren’t tinted, so with the blinds open you’re exposed to the outside. Tinting that lets you see out without people seeing in would improve the stay. There isn’t much within walking distance, just a couple of restaurants that open late and close early. The air filters in the rooms could use a monthly clean too, as they were starting to smell.

A cozy place to lounge by the pool. The rooms are cleaned well, and the staff are so friendly they make the place feel warm and homey.

The pool area looks cool with its lights, but my stay was disappointing. On the first night I had to change rooms because of mold and bugs. There was a strong air freshener in that room that gave me headaches. Staff moved me, but only for one night. The next day I didn’t want to pack everything again, so I paid the difference to stay in the room without mold. That room had no hot water.

The staff were friendly and very helpful, but also firm when needed. One guest wasn’t considerate in the shared areas, and the staff stepped in to make clear what was appropriate there. My family and I had a great week at this hotel earlier in the year. The location is handy, close to a 7/11 and restaurants, and a main road gives you access to the beach and other parts of Phuket. The rooms are comfortable and practical, with what you need. There’s also a shared area with a microwave for reheating food from the fridge. We’d happily return and recommend it.

The front desk staff are really nice and ready to help if anything comes up. Rooms are clean and pleasant. I’d stay here again!
