Tea Tree Boutique Resort

We picked this hotel at the last minute after a bad experience somewhere else. The rooms are big and beautiful, the pool is wonderful, and there’s a great TV with Netflix. The air conditioning works amazingly well, and the staff are lovely. You can hear a lot of loud birds, so the soundproofing could be better. Earplugs fixed that for me, though. It’s great value, and we’d happily stay again.

We booked two days and wound up staying for two weeks. The area is quiet, the pool is lovely and crystal clear, and the staff are very friendly.

The pool was huge, and we spent a lot of time cooling off there and relaxing beside it. It was a welcome break from the heat. The rooms were spacious and really clean, which mattered with the kids, and we noticed how carefully everything was kept. The staff made the stay, though. They were warm from the minute we arrived and helped with everything, from arranging transport to suggesting things to do nearby. We all felt at home, and we'd happily come back to Tea Tree Boutique Resort.

We booked three rooms for our family group in August 2024. The rooms were roomy, clean and comfortable, and the big smart TV was a nice touch. The pool was lovely and clean too. Front desk staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. It's on a quiet lane, about a 15-minute walk from proper restaurants and shops, though GRAB is easy to get. One suggestion for the owner: with no staff around after 8pm and no shops close by, it would help to leave extra drinking water for guests instead of getting annoyed if they take it from the unlocked fridge.
